Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Hex-YT Intel. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or usage-based credit packages.

1. General "No Refund" Policy

Hex-YT Intel provides digital AI processing services. Due to the irreversible infrastructure costs and immediate third-party API fees incurred the moment an AI summary is generated, we operate on a strict "no-refund" basis.

All sales of subscription plans and usage-based API credits are final. We do not offer cash refunds for consumed API tokens, partial billing periods, or unused subscription time.

2. Subscription Fees vs. Usage-Based Charges

  • Subscription Fees: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Usage-Based Charges (Credits): Credits purchased for extended token usage are non-refundable and expire only upon account closure, unless otherwise stated.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

Under EU consumer protection laws, users generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing a Hex-YT Intel subscription and immediately utilizing the Service to process a video or generate an AI summary, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been performed.

4. Exceptions and Service Credits

While we do not offer cash refunds for buyer's remorse, we are committed to service quality. We may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits to your account in the following limited circumstances:

  • Demonstrable Technical Failures: If a systemic bug or prolonged server outage entirely prevents you from generating summaries.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged multiple times for a single transaction due to a payment gateway error.

To request a review for service credits, you must contact support with documented evidence (e.g., error logs, timestamps, or screenshots) within 7 days of the incident.

5. Free Tier and Trials

We provide a free tier so that all users can evaluate the accuracy, latency, and quality of our AI summaries before committing to a paid plan. By upgrading to a paid subscription, you acknowledge that the Service meets your expectations.

6. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team immediately. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with us constitutes "API Abuse." We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts that initiate unwarranted chargebacks.
